Pulling from his knowledge in industries related to real estate, transportation, retail and higher education, Jay discovered an opportunity to connect the front-of-the-shop to the back office using a single, integrated platform. This novel solution came from Jay applying his accounting skills and finance experience in running top real estate brokerages to create Dealink. Jay is a former leader at PalmerHouse Properties and Solid Source Realty, two of the largest privately held real estate firms in Georgia that are also ranked among the top ten. He also worked with Engel & Völkers Atlanta in streamlining their brokerage accounting processes. In addition, Jay served in the United States Navy on the USS Roosevelt during Operation Enduring Freedom and 9/11.
Adam Parker, Co-Founder
For more than 16 years, Adam’s passion for real estate has cultivated an expansive network in the industry, leading him to this partnership to develop Dealink. Applying his expertise in deal transactions, agent management and customer experience, Adam saw the need for technology that integrates multiple solutions into a single platform. He is a lifetime member of Atlanta REALTORS® Association Top Producers, REO-certified, and has received his EcoBroker certification. In 2016, he was honored with the Phoenix Award by the Atlanta REALTORS® Association for outstanding achievement as a Top Producer given he is ranked in the top five percent of the group’s members. He has worked in-house with Suntrust, Cox, Invesco, and several other industry leaders to facilitate smooth relocations of their top executives.
